The custom program today features an in-house design team that can help you with your artwork from any stage in the design process. We also have a customer service team ready to guide you through the process, and over 90 staff members at the factory in Medellin who are all fully trained in each stage of the production process, from cutting the material to printing to stitching to the final quality control check before each garment is bagged and shipped. The Hincapie heritage is the driving factor behind the entire custom program, and Rich and George continue to produce the world’s finest custom cycling apparel using their own road-tested knowledge and experience.
