Rich Hincapie created Hincapie Sportswear to meet the growing need for quality cycling apparel for competitive teams and clubs, as well as, individuals. Nicole Bossie has years of experience aggressively growing sales in the highly competitive and fast-paced hi-tech industry. She has an intimate understanding of the sales model and has proven herself to be a valuable asset to both the Company and the customer. Her passion for cycling extends into her personal life where she regularly competes as a category 2 racer. Nicole plays a key role in developing and growing the Hincapie Brand.

Angela Austin is a recent graduate of North Greenville University where she studied business marketing and accounting. As a Custom Account Manager she is responsible for managing relationships with Hincapie's custom apparel customers. She is an avid runner with numerous long and middle distance accomplishments to her credit.

Emily Pitts is one of our talented Graphic Artists responsible for creating custom apparel designs for Hincapie customers. She studied Graphic Arts Communications at Bob Jones University before practicing her skills with one of the southeast's largest apparel printers. She is an avid outdoor enthusiast with a love for adventure.

The former 3-time elite and masters national champion has an intimate knowledge of the sport that helps drive his passion and creativity.

Philip Martindale is responsible for developing and servicing Hincapie's International Distribution Network. This graduate of the University of Tennessee has spent over 10 years in the cycling industry dealing with International Sales. Through his time as an avid Cat 2 racer, Philip brings both the experience and the drive to take Hincapie into the next level of retail sales.

Wilmar Vargas is responsible for all shipping and receiving for Hincapie Sportswear. He is also accountable for fulfilling all customer and dealer retail orders, as well as, maintaining a structured warehouse. His attention to detail and organized manner ensures that every shipment that leaves Hincapie’s warehouse is pulled with accuracy and diligence. This Cat 2 racer finds himself at home in a career where he is able to share his passion for cycling with many other cycling enthusiasts.

Nikole Rock joins Hincapie Sportswear as the Director of Design and Development. Nikole brings a wealth of design, development and sourcing knowledge with her from a successful 14+ years of industry experience in soft goods. She is responsible for bringing to market the Hincapie retail collection. A devoted athlete herself, Nikole works remotely from Seattle, WA for Hincapie.

Lynn Joslin is responsible for managing Hincapie’s Outside Sales Representatives. After many years of establishing herself in the cycling apparel industry, she has become a very reputable individual in her territory and she shares her knowledge of success and perseverance with current Hincapie sales representatives. As a well decorated cyclist with eight Master’s National Titles, Lynn brings her enthusiasm for cycling and the cycling community into her flourishing career at Hincapie Sportswear.

Courtney Lewis is responsible for growing retail business by developing and managing positive retailer programs, as well as working closely with design and development from a merchandising standpoint. This recent business and finance graduate assists with promoting and structuring retail programs, and serves as a liaison with Hincapie independent sales representatives. Courtney has come full circle at Hincapie Sportswear having married Team Columbia professional cyclist, Craig Lewis, last November.

With over 10 years of experience creating and maintaining websites, Kirk is responsible for bringing Hincapie Sportswear to the next level of technology through innovative web design, graphic design and progressive marketing. Kirk’s in depth knowledge of business technology has quickly made him an asset to Hincapie Sportswear’s future. This casual cyclist enjoys combining his admiration for the sport along with his expertise in interactive marketing.
