With countless kilometers of experience cycling in all kinds of weather, George helps ensure that Hincapie Sportswear manufactures cycling apparel worthy of the world’s best cyclists.

Rich Hincapie created Hincapie Sportswear to meet the growing need for quality cycling apparel for competitive teams and clubs, as well as, individuals. With Hincapie Sportswear, Rich brings his competitive and performance oriented mindset to the apparel industry with a mission to outfit cyclists with the most comfortable, functional and stylish cycling apparel available. Rich’s admiration for cycling can be seen in his constant contributions to the sport and its future, most recently in the U-23 Hincapie-Barkley Development Cycling Team.

Kirk Flinte comes to Hincapie with over 10 years of interactive marketing experience with major brands like Michelin, BF Goodrich, BMW and Milliken. As Hincapie's Creative & Interactive Marketing Director, Flinte is responsible for creating innovative and effective consumer and dealer online activities and experiences. His enthusiasm for cycling combines with his technical and creative expertise to help him manage numerous Hincapie websites and interactive marketing campaigns along with traditional creative and branding efforts.

Taylor Vandiver has acquired more than 10 years of advertising and marketing experience ranging from local small businesses to major national brands. In addition to working with some of the Southeast’s most successful agencies, he also created his own freelance business where he served as the chief designer, programmer and strategic planner. As the Art Director at Hincapie, he oversees the design and production of printed materials and other marketing collateral.

Drew France started her career with Hincapie Sportswear and now manages the custom apparel department. She is one of the team’s most talented graphic artists with a strong technical background and excellent design creativity. Drew’s attentiveness and thoroughness has brought the custom program at Hincapie Sportswear to one of the most successful custom apparel companies in the industry.

Diana Valles is our primary Custom Account Manager responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with all of teams, clubs and organizations around the world. She has a strong customer service background and does everything from providing initial information and order entry to scheduling custom deliveries and payment processing for our custom clothing business. As a native of Colombia, South America, she is fluent in both Spanish and English.

Emily Pitts is one of our talented Graphic Artists responsible for creating custom apparel designs for Hincapie customers. She graduated with a degree in Graphic Design before practicing her skills with one of the southeast's largest apparel printers. She has been known to ride a bike on occasion.

Scottie Weiss is another Hincapie Graphic Artist that utilizes his artistic talents to create unique custom apparel designs for clubs and teams across the country. The former 3-time elite and masters national champion has an intimate knowledge of the sport that helps drive his passion and creativity.

Nikole Rock joins Hincapie Sportswear as the Director of Design and Development. Nikole brings a wealth of design, development and sourcing knowledge with her from a successful 14+ years of industry experience in soft goods. She is responsible for bringing to market the Hincapie retail collection. A devoted athlete herself, Nikole works remotely from Seattle, WA for Hincapie.

Lynn Joslin is responsible for managing Hincapie’s Outside Sales Representatives. After many years of establishing herself in the cycling apparel industry, she has become a very reputable individual in her territory and she shares her knowledge of success and perseverance with current Hincapie sales representatives. As a well decorated cyclist with eight Master’s National Titles, Lynn brings her enthusiasm for cycling and the cycling community into her flourishing career at Hincapie Sportswear.

Courtney Lewis is responsible for growing retail business by developing and managing positive retailer programs, as well as working closely with design and development from a merchandising standpoint. This recent business and finance graduate assists with promoting and structuring retail programs, and serves as a liaison with Hincapie independent sales representatives. Courtney has come full circle at Hincapie Sportswear having married Team Columbia professional cyclist, Craig Lewis, last November.

Andrea Housley is the "Us" in contact us at Hincapie Sportswear. Customer service is her passion and she demonstrates that daily with the high level of service she provides to every Hincapie customer. As Hincapie’s Customer Service Manager, she provides assistance to dealers, teams and customers with regard to order entry and processing, product information and other customer needs. She is a passionate runner and cross-fit athlete with a growing interest in cycling.

Wilmar Vargas is responsible for all shipping and receiving for Hincapie Sportswear. He is also accountable for fulfilling all customer and dealer retail orders, as well as, maintaining a structured warehouse. His attention to detail and organized manner ensures that every shipment that leaves Hincapie’s warehouse is pulled with accuracy and diligence. This Cat 2 racer finds himself at home in a career where he is able to share his passion for cycling with many other cycling enthusiasts.

Brian Unruh is a valuable member of our warehouse staff responsible for getting orders out the door accurately and on time. He serves double duty as one of our event staff responsible for managing the Hincapie booth presence at major races, shows and events around the country. Brian enjoys playing the guitar and riding his fixed gear around town.

Alex Betancur is a member of our shipping and receiving team responsible for receiving inventory shipments from around the world. In addition to picking and processing outgoing orders in our Greenville warehouse, he also travels with the Hincapie event staff to races, shows and events throughout the US. As an avid outdoor enthusiast, he enjoys mountain biking, running and several other athletic adventures.

Morgan Cothran started her career with Hincapie as a part time assistant when she was in high school. Her excellent computer skills, organization and attention to detail make her a valuable member of our customer support team. She still wears several hats on occasion, lending a hand with inventory control, customer logistics and event preparation.
