How long will it take until I receive my order?

Website orders received between Monday and Friday by the end of next business day, excluding holidays. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday are usually processed by Monday or by close of business day Tuesday. Most orders ship within 24 hours of being placed.

Do you accept international orders?

We are unable to ship orders internationally (excludes Canada). We are sorry for this inconvenience. Canadian orders will need to be placed over the phone by calling 864.298.0392 during normal business hours and to speak to one of our sales representatives. Please note all Canadian shipments will be shipped via USPS.

Do I have to pay sales tax?

Hincapie Sportswear online is required by law to charge the appropriate state and local taxes where the Hincapie Sportswear headquarters is located. Therefore, taxes will be charged on South Carolina orders abiding by applicable state, local, and county taxes on merchandise, shipping, and handling.

What do I do if I made a mistake on my order or want to cancel?

Can I visit your store?

Yes, our headquarters are located in Greenville, SC and we are able to sell retail apparel from this location. Feel free to call or email us for directions.

What method of shipping do you use? What is the cost?

Shipping fees will be charged based on the size of your order. The following chart outlines these standard fees:

Delivery Restrictions:

  • UPS will not deliver to PO Box & AP/FPO addresses. We deliver to these addresses using United States Postal Service
  • We do not accept orders shipped to PO Box & AP/FPO addresses in AK, HI, PR. All orders shipped to these locations, please choose UPS Next Day or 2 day.

What if I have an item that is on backorder?

While we make every effort to fulfill your order, occasionally certain items may be unavailable. We will notify you via email if we are out of stock on an item that you have ordered, and give you an estimated arrival date. At that time, you have the option of cancelling the back-order, or waiting for the new stock to arrive. If you have backordered items, that will no longer be available, your card will be credited immediately. Please note that all items, even back-ordered items, will be billed the time that your order is placed.

Will I receive an email confirming my order?

As soon as your order is billed, you will receive a receipt via email. Please note: Even if your item is on back-order, you will be billed once the order is place. We will notify you via email to give you an estimated arrival for the back-ordered item. After that, you have the option of getting the amount credited back to your card or waiting for the back-ordered item to ship.

Will I receive an email with tracking once the order ships?

You will not receive an email giving you tracking information. We are currently working to alleviate this problem. For the meantime, please email info@hincapiesports.com with your order number, name, and date ordered to receive your tracking information.

What is your return/exchange policy?

Hincapie Sportswear guarantees satisfaction with every product we sell. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with products you have purchased at www.hincapie.com, just return it within 30 days of original purchase. Items must be in new, un-used condition with hang-tags and care-tags still attached. Items that have been worn or used will only be accepted for reason of manufacturer defect. Please follow the procedures below to insure a prompt replacement, refund, or credit.

If you are not satisfied with products that you have purchased at one of our Hincapie Retailers, please return the products to the same retailer for replacement, refund, or credit. We will not be able to accept any items for return or exchange that were not purchased through www.hincapie.com.

Return & Exchanges

To return or exchange an order, return the unwanted product using the return policy below. Please call for your RA# before sending the product back. We will do our best to handle exchanges, but due to ever-changing availability, we are unable to guarantee exchanges.

Please follow the below steps for all Returns or Exchanges:

  1. Before returning your item(s), please call Hincapie Sportswear 864-298-0392 to receive a Return Authorization Number
     
  2. Download the Return Authorization Form by clicking below and printing out. Please fill out completely, especially the RA#, and include this form with your return or exchange. Returns received without RA # will be not be accepted.
     
  3. Please send returned items via shipping method of your choice to:

    We suggest UPS-Insured or USPS-Insured and please get a tracking number. Hincapie Sportswear will not accept COD’s. All packages must be pre-paid shipping.
     
  4. If you are returning an item, we will credit the card originally used when the online order was placed. Please allow 2-3 weeks for processing any return or exchange. You are responsible for shipping charges to return products to Hincapie Sportswear, unless the item is defective or shipped incorrectly. All returns shipped from Hincapie Sportswear will be via UPS Ground.

What is your warranty policy?

All Hincapie Sportswear products are fully warranted to the original owner against manufacturers’ defects in materials and workmanship up to 1 year after original purchase date. Within that time frame, if a product fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will evaluate the item on a case by case basis to decide if it is eligible for repair, or replacement, at no cost to the customer. Please note, you will need to provide Proof of Purchase when requesting a warranty case. If the defective product is outside the warranty return time period or defective due to accident, improper care, or negligence – where we are not at fault – repairs will be made at a reasonable charge. Please see the chart below for pricing guidelines for warranty repairs.

Garments returned for warranty inspection must be cleaned. Regular shipping charges will apply to receive your repaired items that fall outside the warranty.

For repairs/warranty issues, please call Hincapie Sportswear at 864.298.0392 for an authorization number. Please download the Return Authorization Form, which will need to be returned with your defective products. Garments without an RA will be returned.
