We've made custom apparel easy with a new online tool called Team Center. So get started with the best and see how simple the process can be.

Now that you've decided to work with the experienced team at Hincapie Sportswear for your custom cycling clothing, we need to make our relationship "official."

1. Contact our Custom Department by emailing us at custom@hincapiesports.com or call our office at 864.400.3040 and select option #1.
2. You will be assigned to a customer service representative based on your location. This person will be your new best friend and will help guide you through the entire order process.
3. Your customer service rep will set up your account and assign you a login and password to access Team Center, our new online ordering system.

We make it easy to be sure your entire team or group gets custom cycling clothing that fits the way they want it to. By trying on fit samples, you can be sure that you’ll order the correct sizes. The process is easy:

1. Browse through the products on our website to learn about what we offer, or ask your customer service rep to give you the rundown on our new items or recommend our most popular pieces.
2. Download a Fit Kit Request Form, complete it, and return by email.
3. Schedule a fit party with your team so everyone can try the samples and order the correct sizes.
4. Return the fit samples to Hincapie within 2 weeks to avoid being charged.

Now that you've tried on the clothing, you know what fits you best. Now it’s time to order from our range of custom cycling clothing. We even offer quantity discounts for larger orders.

1. Log on to Hincapie Team Center using the login and password provided to you by your customer service rep.
2. Select all the products for which you would like to receive a price quote, and enter the estimated quantity you think your team will order.
3. Click the "Submit for Quote" button once you have selected all your products. Your customer service rep will automatically receive a notification and can fill in the prices for each item based on your estimates. He or she will email you a price quote or you can log back in to Team Center to review and approve prices.
4. Send out a link to your team members to allow each member to log in and select the products, sizes and quantities they would like to order.

We have a team of designers on staff that are experienced at creating custom cycling clothing for all kinds of teams and events. Or, if you have access to a designer, we’ll be happy to work with him or her to be sure your custom cycling apparel looks its best. Either way, you’ll get great looking, great fitting clothing.

1. Download our art guidelines and templates.
2. Request logos from your sponsors in EPS vector format.
3. Follow design instructions carefully to create the appropriate artwork for all clothing pieces.
4. Email your files to your Hincapie Sportswear representative, following the instructions included in the art guidelines.

Let Hincapie design your jersey.

1. Request logos from your sponsors in EPS vector format.
2. Compile any design ideas you might have such as sketches, mockups or photos, along with your sponsor logos.
3. Make a list of design preferences, color choices and logo placements.
4. Email design ideas, preferences and logo files to your Hincapie Sportswear representative. Include your team name in the subject line, and provide complete contact information.

You’re almost done! Now’s the time to make sure everything is in order to be sure you get the exactly the custom cycling clothing you’re looking for.

1. Make sure you have approved an art proof for each item you plan to order including skinsuits and accessories.
2. Finalize pricing with your customer service representative to ensure you have met product minimums. Send out an email to your team members to allow them to log in to Team Center again and pay for their orders, or you may opt to pay for your entire team order with a team credit card.

Now your custom cycling clothing order is in our hands. We’ll want to be sure that the final design meets your expectations, so we’ll be sending a proof for you to review. Once that’s approved, our team of dedicated clothing experts will start creating your order. We will contact you mid-way through the production process to let you know how your order is progressing and to arrange final payment. Once your order ships, we’ll send you the tracking information.

1. Watch your email for final production cut art proofs. They will arrive within 3-4 weeks after submitting your order.
2. Approve cut art proofs within 1 week to avoid delays.
